Ingredients
- 1 large chicken fryer
- 10 medium carrots
- 10 small white potatoes
- 2 cups mushrooms
- 6 celery stalks cut 3 sections each
- 1 cup uncooked wild rice
- 3 cups canned chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 2 tablespoons sugar melted slowly til
- caramelized
- Fresh or dryed cilantro
