Raisin Pie

Ingredients

  • Pie Filling:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Pie Crust:
1 frozen deep shell pie crust, defrosted
Preheat oven 375%
Place pie shell on a lined baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Put Pie Weight in crust lined with parchment paper
Bake on middle rack for 20 minutes, turning half way
Let cool for 30 minutes minimum at room temperature.

Directions:
Beat egg
Add sugar and combine until dissolved
Add sour cream, raisins, salt and vanilla
Pour into pie crust.

Bake for 55 - 60 Minutes
