Ingredients
- 2-4 Cloves Garlic
- 2 T Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1-2 lb Beef Tenderloin

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees
2. In a small bowl combine garlic, oil, salt and pepper
3. Rub garlic mixture over the beef tenderloin
4. Place meat in a glass uncovered dish
5. Cook tenderloin at 500 degrees for 5 minutes and leave the tenderloin in oven for 4 hours.
NOTE: DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN until the 4 hours are done
