Hungarian Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. butter
  • 4 1/2 cups flour
  • Jelly
  • Confectioners’ sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients and let stand overnight in the refrigerator
Roll out dough
Cut into squares
Put ¼ to ½ tsp jelly
Fold cookie into triangle
Bake at 450*F until brown- about 3-5 minutes
Sprinkle with confectioners’ sugar
