    cup shallots

Directions

Combine ingredients Reduce over a low heat Strain into 1 cup quick brown sauce Add 1 tbsp. cognac and ½ tsp lemon juice. Simmer for 1 minutes Add 1 tbsp. chopped parsley. Serve.
