Ingredients
- flaked almonds
- 1 C sugar
- 1/2 C water
- 3 ounces butter

Preparation
Step 1
toast flaked almonds and some whole peeled almonds until brown in oven
In shallow fry pan, put sugar water and butter - bring to boil without stirring and cook further until the mix is caramel colour
Work quickly, remove from heat and throw in toss almonds around until coated.
Put spoonsful on baking tray and levae to set
Once firm, melt about 4 ounces chocolate in little sandwich bag and microwave. Snip corner of bag and drizzle chocolate on biscuits
You might need to put them in fgridge for five minutes to set
