Ingredients
- 1 pound real butter
- 2 cups white sugar
- 6 Tablespoons water
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- finely chopped nuts (walnuts) for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Place 1st 3 ingredients in large saucepan. Cook over high heat stirring constantly until mixture turns toffee colored. Pour onto baking sheet. Place chocolate chips on hot candy, wait a few minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly over top of candy. Sprinkle finely chopped nuts over chocolate.
Let cool completely and break into pieces. Store in cool, dry place.
