Hash Brown Cheese Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated shredded hash browns
  • 1 can cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
  • 1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 5 ingredients and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar; spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9" baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining Cheddar cheese, and bake 5 more minutes.
