Ingredients

  • 1 lb. shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 can (31 oz) pork & beans
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes w/basil, garlic & oregano
  • 1 pkg (1.25 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 cup medium pasta shells
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet, mix chicken w/onion & cook until onion is tender; stir in water, undrained pork & beans, undrained tomatoes & taco seasoning & bring to a boil.

Add pasta & reduce heat; simmer (covered) 10-15 minutes.

Serve in mugs w/cheese on top.
