Ingredients
- 8 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 smashed overripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts or pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Cream butter and sugar til light and fluffy. Add 2 eggs and bananas. Mix well. Add salt, all purpose flour and baking soda (if using self-rising flour you can omit the salt and baking soda). Fold in nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake 40-50 minutes.
