Ingredients

1 yellow cake mix
1 stick of butter melted
4 eggs
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
1 pound confect. sugar, reserving 1 TB for later

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 13x9 pan. Combine cake mix, melted butter and 2 eggs into mixer bowl. Blend 2 mins on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly. Spread dough into cake pan making a well. Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs, and confectioners sugar into second mixing bowl. Blend 2 mins on medium speed, scraping bowl constantly. Pour into cake well. Bake 30 mins at 350. Cool. Sprinkle with 1 TB confectioners sugar.
