Creamy Ranch Dip

Looks really pretty served inside of a pepper. Just cut off the top of a bell pepper, take seeds and ribs out and fill it with the dip.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon pepper
  • 2/3 cup buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Vegetables, for serving

Preparation

Step 1

In a medium bowl, whisk together mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic salt and lemon pepper. Gradually whisk in the buttermilk. Stir in parsley and chives. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to several days. Serve with assorted vegetables.
