Ingredients
- 2 C. Basil leaves, firmly packed
- 10 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 3/4 C. Olive oil
- 1/4 C. Pine nuts
- 1 C. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place basil & garlic in the food processor and pulse several times to make a roughly chopped mixture. Add olive oil in a slow stream. Stop and scrape down sides. Add the pine nuts, parmesan, salt and pepper. One vitamin c tablet may be added to keep mixture green. Pulse one minute longer until blended and smooth.
Save up to two weeks.
