Ingredients
- Topping:
- 6 Large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cord and sliced thinly
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1 Tbs. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. Lemon zest
- Pinch of salt
- 1 C. Flour
- 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
- 1/2 C. Firm Butter

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine pie ingredients and place in pie shell. Top with topping mixture
Combine all topping ingredients.
Bake covered for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake and additional 10 minutes.
