Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken (cut in 1/2" chunks
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can water chestnuts, chopped
  • 2 Tbs. minced onions
  • 2 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 2.8oz. can French Fried onion rings

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except the onion rings. Bake in 9x13" casserole dish in 350° oven for 30 minutes. Cover with onion rings and bake 10 minutes more.
