Scrambled Eggs by Bonnie - Excellent

Easy and fluffy. The trick is whisking them enough...for two minutes at least.
- 2 yolks
- 6 egg whites
- 1 dash of salt per each two eggs
- 1/4 C milk
- A bit of melted butter to brush on frying pan
Separate eggs so only two yolks are used.
In glass or metal bowl, add eggs, salt and milk.
While whisking egg mixture for two minutes vigorously, heat frying pan on medium-low heat. When eggs are whisked, brush heated pan with melted butter.
Pour eggs into the large frying pan. Let eggs cook for about one minute, then, continuously move the eggs to the center of the frying pan until fully cooked.
Keep scraping the egg mixture from the bottom of the pan and sides, while moving mixture to the center.
Continue turning eggs over once they are becoming cooked.
Serve immediately while hot.
