ml tomato paste (only tomatoes in ingredients)
tbsp. apple cider vinegar
tbsp. Dijon mustard
tsp. (about 2 pinches) ground cloves
tsp. garlic powder
tbsp. honey or date paste (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Add in honey for slightly sweeter ketchup. Pour into airtight glass container and keep refrigerate. Allow a few hours after mixing ingredients for flavours to combine.
