Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Lb. canned tomatoes
- 4 cups water or beef broth
- 3/4 Salt and Pepper
- 1 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
- 1 Bay leaf1 con peas, drained
- 1 can corn, drained
- 3-4 carrots
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1/4 cup Cup Celery
- 1 tsp Thyme1/ tsp celery seeds

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef, onions and garlic Add tomatoes broth, seasonings and vegetables, Simmer 30 minutes.
Add rice and simmer 15 minutes more until rice is done, remove bay leaf before serving
