Ginger Shrimp Toast

  • Loaf of white bread
  • 6 Tbs. Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 # Shrimp, minced
  • 1 Clove of garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbs. Parsley, minced
  • 1 tsp. Ginger, grated



Step 1

Cut bread into small rounds. Toast on one side.
Cream butter and salt. Stir in shrimp, garlic, parsley and ginger. Blend well. Spread mixture on untoasted side of bread rounds.
Place under broiler until lightly browned.
