Chocolate Fudge Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 unbaked pie shells (regular - not deep dish)
  • if frozen let it thaw
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 7 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 stick butter - melted
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F
Place rack in middle of oven.

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour 1/2 of the mixture into each pie shell.


Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
Place on rack to cool.
