Peach Custard Pie

  • 3 Cups Fresh Peaches, sliced, very ripe
  • 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tbs. Flour
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 1 Cup Light Cream
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 Unbaked 9" Pie Shell



Step 1

Place peaches in pie shell. Combine sugar, salt, and flour with beaten eggs. Stir in cream. Pour over peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 30-40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. May also use a large can of drained sliced peaches.
