Egg Frittata

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage. Can mix hot with sweet
  • 1/2 green or red pepper - chopped
  • 1 chopped onion
  • one pkg hash brown potatoes
  • 12-14 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup milk or cream
  • 6-8 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage in skillet and remove.
Add onion, pepper and potatoes to same skillet and brown.
In 9× 13” pan, lay potatoes in pan, top with sausage.
Add egg and cream, beat for 1 min. Stir cheese into mixture;
Bake at 350 for approximately 30-40 min
