Ingredients
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup C&H® Organic Amber Agave Nectar
- 3/4 cup C&H® Organic Light Agave Nectar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate chips, semi-sweet
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat butter, vanilla and both agave nectars in medium bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time; beat well. Slowly add in flour, baking soda and salt. Continue to beat until fully combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Using tablespoon, drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart.
Bake 8-10 minutes until light golden brown. Cool on cookie sheet 5 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
