  • WHISK:
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • TOSS:
  • 8 cups frisée

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk oil, vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, and Dijon in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper.

Toss frisée with vinaigrette.
