Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • pinch of ground white pepper
  • 8 black tea bags

Preparation

Step 1

1. Bring milk, water, sugar sand spices to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Simmer for 1 min.

2. Place tea bags in milk mixture. Remove from heat; cover. Let steep for 5 mins. Remove tea bags. Serve hot, or refrigerate until chilled and serve over ice.
