Ingredients
- For the Dressing:
- 1 cup cooked, cubed chicken
- 3-4 cups salad greens
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1/2 cup toasted sliced almonds
- 1/2 cup crispy chinese noodles
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 4 Tbsp oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp mandarin orange liquid
- 2 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/8 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp sesame seeds

Make the dressing and set aside.
Make the salad. Add dressing to the salad and mix well.
