Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oil
- 2/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup br sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 4 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.Mix together the oil,honey and sugar with a fork,mixing vigorously.Add vanilla and continue to mix.Ad the flour,baking soda and oats and gently combine .Press into a 9x13 pan and bake for 25 min. Slice into squares when cool.
You can put in a dollop of peanut butter for extra protein, Chocolate chips and craisins are also good to add.
