  • 1 LB MACARONI NOODLES, COOKED AND DRAINED
  • 4 HARD BOILED EGGS, CHOPPED
  • 1 SMALL ONION, DICED
  • 3 RIBS OF CELERY, DICED
  • 1 RED PEPPER, DICED
  • 2 CUPS MAYONAISE
  • 1/2 CUP SUGAR
  • 1/8 C YELLOW MUSTARD
  • 2 TABLESPOONS DILL RELISH
  • 2 TABLESPOONS VINEGAR
  • 3/4 TEASPOON CELERY SEED

Step 1

COOK MACARONI ACCORDING TO PACKAGE, DRAIN AND COOL. MIX THE MAYO, SUGAR, MUSTARD, DILL RELISH, VINEGAR AND CELERY SEED. DICE ONION, CELERY AND RED PEPPER AND ADD TO MAYO MIXTURE. FOLD IN EGGS AND MIX ALL TOGETHER AND REFRIGERATE AT LEAST 2 HOURS. ENJOY!
