  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 3 cups spinach leaves
  • 1 medium red onion,sliced into 1/2 moons
  • 1/2 cup honey glazed almonds coarsely chopped
  • Dressing
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2-3 T onion,chopped
  • 1/3 cup vinegar
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds
