Orange-Pineapple Freeze

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple-orange yogurt, well stirred
  • 1 6-ounce can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1 T Cointreau (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the yogurt and the frozen concentrate. Add the grated orange rind and (if used) Cointreau. Pour into ice cream canister and freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
