Ingredients

  • Optional Coatings:
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter
  • 1/3 cup Vega Perfomance Protein in Vanilla (1 serving)
  • 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
  • 3 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • finely chopped pecans or walnuts (pictured)
  • unsweetened fine coconut
  • cocoa powder
  • quick oats

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it forms a dough.

Roll into balls and then roll in your choice of coating

Store in the fridge.
