- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Step 1
Beat eggs until frothy. Add oil and salt, then mix in flour. Mix until smooth. If you have a baby spoon, it works well for dropping into the boiling broth.
I triple this recipe when making soup in an 8 quart pot.
