Ingredients
- 2 c graham crackers
- 1 c chopped walnuts, divided
- 1.25 c sugar, divided
- 6 T butter or margarine, melted
- 4 pkg (8 oz) PHILADELPHIA cream cheese, softened
- 2 t vanilla
- 1 c sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c caramel ice cream topping
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Line 13x9" pan w/ foil.
3. Mix crumbs, 1/2c nuts, 1/4c sugar, & butter.
4. Press onto bottom of pan.
5. Bake 10 min.
6. Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar & vanilla w/mixer until blended.
7. Add eggs, 1 @ a time, beating on low after each just until blended.
8. Pour over crust.
9. Bake 35 min or until center is almost completely set.
10. Cool completely.
11. Refrigerate 4 hours.
12. Top w/remaining nuts & caramel topping.
