Awesome, easy after-dinner "cocktail"! This is quite rich. However, if you really want to guild the lily, you could drizzle a little chocolate or Bailey's over the top before serving.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg 1 oz sugar-free jello vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 c 1% or fat-free milk
  • 5 oz vodka
  • 2 oz bailey's irish cream
  • 2 oz kahlua

Preparation

Step 1

1. Pour pudding mix and milk into a bowl. Whisk briskly for 2 minutes per box instructions until soft set.
2. Add vodka.
3. Add Bailey's Irish cream.
4. Add Kahlua.
5. Mix completely and pour into a freezer-safe container. Freeze until solid. Use a cookie scoop or other small implement to serve in bowls.
