Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (should measure 1 C)
  • 2 C milk
  • 2 C flour
  • 1 t salt

Preparation

Step 1

Spray 12 C muffin pan with Pam.

Mix by hand with whisk. Whisk eggs till light and add milk and whisk again.
Add flour and salt. Mix with wooden spoon. Stir until all flour has been incorporated.

There will still be lumps. Transfer to a container with spout. Pour into muffin pan almost to the top.

Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes.

Remove after 30 minutes and put on cold burner of stove.Pierce each with sharp knife to release steam.

Let stand in pan for a minute or two then turn into basket.

Can be filled with egg or tuna salad at room temp.
