Ingredients
- 3 lbs. venison, cut into 1/4" strips
- 1 tbsp. pickling salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
Step 1
Mix spices together. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours, turning twice.
Dry in oven at 200 degrees for 4 hours or 250 degrees for 3 hours.
Store in refrigerator in a ziploc bag.
