Sweet & Sour Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1 5-lb package Tyson's frozen chicken wings (they are cut in 2 and have tips removed)
- 1 box (1 lb) brown sugar (or reduce to 1 1/2 to 2 cups)
- 1 can (1 lb) crushed pineapple (can reduce this by 1/2 as well if you want less sweet / sticky)
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. dried ground ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic powder (or 1 minced garlic clove)

Step 1
Defrost chicken wings; wash, and pat dry.
Place wing sections in large lasagna pan (10" x 16"). Cover with brown sugar.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken wings and brown sugar. Bake 5 hours at 250 degrees.
(Alternatively, with less sweet version, precook the wings only for 45 min. to 1 hr in a 325 - 350 degree oven, then pour off grease and add remaining ingredients as above. Bake 2 more hours or until browned & most of the sauce has been cooked down)
