Gluten Free Quick Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups blanched almond flour or almond meal
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave nectar
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine almond flour, salt and baking soda.
In a medium bowl whisk the eggs then add honey and vinegar.
Stir wet ingredients into dry.
Spoon batter into 1/2 of a well greased meatloaf pan.
Bake at 300 for 50 minutes until a knife comes out clean.
