Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1 cup Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
  • 1/2 cup Bragg Liquid Aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
  • 1/2 cup Diced Onion (optional)
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 2 TBSP Rice Vinegar (Any white vinegar will do i.e. white wine, apple cider, etc).
  • 1 TBSP 80 Proof Vodka
  • 4 Packets Monk Fruit in the Raw
  • 4 TBSP Sesame Seeds (add after chicken is cooked)
  • 2 scallions (optional garnish to add after chicken is cooked)

Preparation

Step 1

Directions: Add all ingredients to a crock-pot except scallions and sesame seeds. Set to low and allow chicken to cook for 6-8 hours (6 hours will be sufficient if you started with raw chicken, 8 hours for frozen). Chicken should naturally “shred” itself with little handing. Top with sesame seeds and scallions before serving. Enjoy! Makes 12 Servings
