Homemade Bailey’s Irish Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 cup light cream ( or heavy whipping cream for a richer drink)
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cups Irish Whiskey (author used Jameson’s)
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 T Hershey’s chocolate syrup (author used Torani)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp almond extract (author did not use)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high speed for 30 seconds. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake before using. Will keep for up to 2 months.
