Apple jalapeño jelly

Makes 8 1/2 pint jars

Ingredients

  • 3 cups finely chopped jalapeños
  • 1 and 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 6 T. Sure-gel
  • 6 & 2/3 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine everything in a large saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Add sugar until dissolved. Return to full boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and skim foam if necessary.
