Nana's Pineapple Cheese Ball****

Ingredients
- 2-8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1-8 1/2 oz can crshd pineapple(drained)
- 1/3 cup chpped pecans
- 1 cup chpped pecans for coating outside
- 1/4 cup finely choppd gr pepper
- 2 T finely chopped gr onion
- 1 tsp season salt
- Assorted crackers(Nana used Pepperidge
- farm "Butterfly")

Preparation
Step 1
-In bowl, mix cream cheese, pineapple, 1/3 c pecans, gr pepper, gr onion and season salt.
-Cover and chill for several hours.
-Form ball and roll in additional pecans.
