Nana's Pineapple Cheese Ball****

This was Nana's favorite dish to share at family garherings.

Ingredients

• 2-8 oz pkg cream cheese
• 1-8 1/2 oz can crshd pineapple(drained)
• 1/3 cup chpped pecans
• 1 cup chpped pecans for coating outside
• 1/4 cup finely choppd gr pepper
• 2 T finely chopped gr onion
• 1 tsp season salt
• Assorted crackers(Nana used Pepperidge
• farm "Butterfly")

Preparation

Step 1

-In bowl, mix cream cheese, pineapple, 1/3 c pecans, gr pepper, gr onion and season salt.
-Cover and chill for several hours.
-Form ball and roll in additional pecans.
