  • COMBINE:
  • 3 cups mixed salad greens
  • 1/2 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together vinegar, oil, shallots, honey, and Dijon; season with salt and pepper.

Combine salad greens, tomatoes, cheese, and walnuts in a bowl; toss with vinaigrette.
