Coffee Cake from Food Network(moist)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup marg
  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 T baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 T flour
  • 1 cup dark brown sugar
  • 5 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream(Tofutti)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 300. Grease a Bundt pan(muffin tins) Stir 4 cups flour,baking powder and soda,set aside
Combine remaining flour,br. sugar and cinn.
Cream mrg and sugar until fluffy Add eggs one at at time.
Beating well after each one.Add sour cream and vanilla,Mix well to combine
Add dry ingr. slowly until smooth
Layer nuts,batter,sugar mix. Form as many layers as possible.
Bake 90 min or until toothpick comes out clean.
