This recipe dials back the cassis for a drier drink. Pictured above left.

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoons crème de cassis
• 5 ounces chilled Aligoté or other dry, high-acid white wine

Preparation

Step 1

Pour crème de cassis into a wine glass, followed by Aligoté. Mix and serve.
