- 2 CUPS FLOUR
- 1 1/4 CUPS OF SUGAR
- 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
- 1/4 TEASPOON OF SALT
- 1/4 LB OF BUTTER - 1 STICK
- 3/4 CUP OF MILK
- 1 EGG
- TOPPING:
- 1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGER
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON

Preparation
Step 1
MIX FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, SALT AND BUTTER. MIX WITH A PASTRY CUTTER UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES SMALL PEAS.
**MIX ABOVE AND SAVE 1 CUP OF MIX**
ADD TO THE REMAINING MIX: 3/4 CUP OF MILK, 1 EGG AND MIX 1 MINUTE
**ADD TO THE 1 SAVED CUP OF MIX, 1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR AND 1 TEASPOON OF CINNAMON (THIS IS THE TOPPING)
PUT INTO A GREASED PAN AND ADD TOPPING. SPRINKLE DROPPLETS OF MELTED BUTTER TO CRUMB MIXTURE AND BAKE AT 350* FOR 35 MINUTES.
