Directions

MIX FLOUR, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, SALT AND BUTTER. MIX WITH A PASTRY CUTTER UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES SMALL PEAS. **MIX ABOVE AND SAVE 1 CUP OF MIX** ADD TO THE REMAINING MIX: 3/4 CUP OF MILK, 1 EGG AND MIX 1 MINUTE **ADD TO THE 1 SAVED CUP OF MIX, 1 TABLESPOON BROWN SUGAR AND 1 TEASPOON OF CINNAMON (THIS IS THE TOPPING) PUT INTO A GREASED PAN AND ADD TOPPING. SPRINKLE DROPPLETS OF MELTED BUTTER TO CRUMB MIXTURE AND BAKE AT 350* FOR 35 MINUTES.
