Ingredients

  • Cream together:
  • Separate 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 TLB. Butter
  • 2 TLB. Flour
  • Add:
  • 4 egg yolks
  • Grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
  • Add:
  • 1-cup milk
  • In separate bowl, beat:
  • 4 Egg whites

Step 1

Add to yolk / lemon mixture, folding into mixture.

Pour into a casserole or individual ramekins. Set casserole or ramekins in a pan of water.

Bake 350^ for 1 hour
