Ingredients
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 1/3 c water
- 3/4 c uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 c frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c shredder cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Stir soup, water, rice, chili powder, paprika and vegetables in a 2 qt shallow baking dish
Top with the chicken
Season as desired
Cover the baking dish
Bake 50 minutes
Top with cheese and let stand 10 minutes
Stir rice before serving
