  • 2 (12oz) jars artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 (10oz) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 large garlic clove, mined or pressed
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonaisse
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
